ASIAN CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES, INC.
Reaching Asians for Christ in North America, Europe and South Asia
ACM was established to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with South Asian immigrants in North America. In the last twenty years ACM has extended its mission work to South Asia, and supports churches and their outreach ministries in the remote villages of India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh on a limited basis. Since its inception ACM has partnered with various denominations and churches to establish South Asian congregations in America, and extends consultant services to immigrant groups and churches in the USA and Canada.
Mission Statement
The Board of Directors, officers, and staff of ACM affirm that we have been established and incorporated to preach, teach, and preserve the Gospel of Jesus Christ among the South Asian immigrants, and strive to be a ministry of reconciliation and healing among the diversity of ethnic groups in North America.
Doctoral Statement
Among other equally biblical truths, we subscribe to and maintain the following:
The divine inspiration of the scriptures in the original languages, as the word of God, the supreme and final authority, in faith and life;
The triune God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit;
The essential, absolute, eternal deity, and the real and proper, but sinless, humanity of our Lord Jesus Christ;
His birth of the virgin Mary;
His substitutionary, expiratory death, in that he gave his life “A ransom for many”;
His resurrection from among the dead in the same body on which he was crucified and the second coming of this same Jesus in power and great glory;
The total depravity of man through the fall;
Salvation, the effect of regeneration by the Spirit and the Word, not by works but by grace through faith;
The everlasting bliss of the saved, and the suffering of the lost;
The real spiritual unity in Christ of all redeemed by His precious blood;
The necessity of maintaining, according to the word of God, the purity of the church in doctrine and life; and still believing the Apostles’ Creed to be a statement of scriptural truth.
